Hello and a Very Warm Welcome to You,
I hope you find the clarity you are seeking within these pages, and I can be of support to you at this time.
I believe deeply in the magic and transformative power of the spoken word – the healing that happens when unspoken thoughts and feelings are finally given a voice. Meaningful conversation can be both healing and nourishing. It is a privilege to sit with someone and gently unearth their story through the magic of conversation. These transformative conversations of self-discovery can foster greater self-awareness and open the door to meaningful change.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with a first-class honour's degree (B.Sc.) and a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I value the importance of my own ongoing personal therapy and self-development, recognising that I, too, am a work in progress and that self-understanding is a lifelong journey. This personal commitment enhances my ability to stay grounded, empathic, authentic, and deeply present with you. I strive to offer a safe and supportive space where you can speak your truth and heal. To uphold high standards of care, I engage in regular professional supervision.
Supporting Your Wellness Journey
From an early age, I have been drawn to energy healing and its role in supporting overall well-being. My deep connection with nature, alongside my Ph.D. in agricultural and environmental sciences, has enriched my understanding of the innate relationships we share with our surroundings – the landscape, animals, plants, and one another – and how these connections shape our well-being. This awareness naturally informs my work, where I support clients in re-connecting with themselves and their environment, fostering balance, harmony, and a deeper sense of embodiment.
I am a qualified Reiki Master and have trained in other accredited healing modalities. These holistic approaches support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being by helping to release tension, manage stress, and restore balance. Many clients find this integrative work nurtures a deeper sense of healing and connection.
